******** July 2014: Price drop while we are working on the next version ********
A to-do list / task manager designed to organize a lot of tasks. It can replace a Franklin planner with its support for the FranklinCovey style of task management, but it is also compatible with all other systems of time management that we are familiar with.
It is ideal for professionals, managers, students, or anyone else who needs to keep track of a ton of tasks. It is designed around the idea of only showing you the tasks you wish to work on right now yet still keeping all tasks accessible.
Features:
- Separate your lists by location or class (for instance "Work", "Home",
"Shopping", "School", etc) or by really anything you want (for instance "Movies",
"Reading", "Employee" for delegated tasks, "Math", "Science", etc).
- Each list has “2 sides” giving you the ability to hide the tasks you will not work on today
- Group tasks together, perhaps for priority (for instance: tasks that
must get done today, versus ones you want to get done today) of for some
other grouping (for instance: shopping tasks could be grouped by which store you
need to go to)
- Order tasks by priority and easily change it later
- Set a status for the task (not started, in progress, or waiting)
- If the status of a task is "waiting", a reason can be indicated
- Create folders of tasks -- useful for projects
- Track the date the task was added and its due date
- Create alerts to remind you at a particular time
- Create location-based reminders
- Include notes for each task
- Keep your history around to check later
- See your deadlines and see them relative to events in your calendar
- Update your calendar from inside the app
- Have recurring tasks automatically added to your lists when you want
- Use a daily journal for notes that are not connected directly to a specific task
- Retina Display support
- Universal app

- iPhone: 3G and later.
- iPod: 2nd generation and later.
